We’re talking about essential oils, those that you can get at your local health store. Let’s take a look at the properties on some of them and how you can use them to promote hair growth.

Sage Oil

Sage oil contains antioxidants and antimicrobial activity that promote a healthy scalp. Sage oil is recommended as a natural way to promote hair growth. So, why not give it a try?

Supplies needed: 1 teaspoon of sage oil, 2 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil

  • Mix sage and coconut oil in a bowl.
  • Apply it to your scalp, and hair.
  • Keep it on overnight and wash off the next morning.

For best results apply at least twice a week.

Lavender Oil
