Excessive styling

Believe it or not, you can over style your hair to the point that you may experience hair loss. Think of things that apply heat such as a blow dryer of a flat iron. Then take it a step further and consider if you brush it too much or too hard. If you pull it back at all, it may be that you are pulling it too tight.

Women have to be kind to their hair, and if they aren’t then hair loss may be a common result of this. You have to take good care of your hair and try to work past any damage that may have resulted. If you stop the styling and get back to basics, it can put a stop to the hair loss much faster.

Underlying medical issues

This is not necessarily cause for alarm because it may not affect everyone. There is a chance though that there may be some sort of underlying health issue that is contributing to the hair loss. Though you don’t want to think of a health problem that you are unaware of, it’s always wise to get checked out.
